QA Engineer
Akcenta is Central Europe’s largest payment institution with more than 46,000, primarily B2B, clients. It has been operating successfully on several European markets for over 25 years now. In 2021, Raiffeisen Bank International bought the company. And as part of our plans for further expansion, we have decided to make significant advances in the fields of digitalization and technology.
That’s why we’re building a new digital team.
What will your role be?
As a QA Team Lead, you'll be in charge of our quality assurance efforts. Your role involves overseeing testing strategies, setting up testing processes and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll collaborate across departments, communicate findings, and mentor your team to ensure top-notch quality and reliability. Your leadership will be essential in upholding our commitment to excellence.
What skills do you need?
- Experience with writing user/testing scenarios (manual testing)
- Experience with integration, e2e, component tests
- Experience with testing REST API
- JavaScript, TypeScript, Cypress, MSW (Mock Service Worker), Selenium, Java
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Bug reporting
- Automation, working with Git, CI/CD pipeline.
- Setting up testing processes and parameters
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibility for the quality of the final product
- Desire to learn new things.
- Attention to detail and patience.
- Ability for systematic work, logical thinking, and critical reasoning
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
