These Principles of personal data processing during employee recruitment (hereinafter referred to as "Principles of data processing") aim to inform you about how the company AKCENTA CZ a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "Data Controller" or "we") in connection with the recruitment of new employees, obtains, stores and further processes your personal data, and how it further handles and protects your personal data. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person applying for employment (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "applicant").

The purpose of this Data Processing Policy is also to inform you about your rights in relation to the processing of your data and how and by what means you can exercise these rights.

3 COMMISSIONER FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

4 PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS, SCOPE AND PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
4.1 Legal bases, purposes and duration of processing

We process your personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual or legal obligations, or based on your consent for the purposes listed below.

We process your personal data for the purpose of carrying out a selection process for a specific position and the eventual conclusion of an employment relationship between you and us in relation to this position.

4.2 Scope of processing

We process your personal data to the following extent: data that you provide to us as part of the selection process and in your CV, in particular: name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone, education obtained, current status on the labor market, previous work experience, acquired skills, photographs, and any other personal data contained in your CV or otherwise provided to us, for example as part of a recruitment form.

5 DATA SECURITY

We have implemented and maintain adequate technical and organizational measures, internal controls and information security processes in accordance with best business practice appropriate to the potential risk to you as a data subject. At the same time, we take into account the state of technological development in order to protect your personal data from accidental loss, destruction, changes, unauthorized disclosure or access. These measures may include, but are not limited to, taking reasonable steps to ensure accountability of relevant employees who have access to your data, employee training, regular backups, data recovery and incident management procedures, software protection of devices on which personal data is stored, etc.

6 Your rights as a data subject

If you exercise any of your rights under this article or under applicable law, we will inform about the action taken or the erasure of your personal data or the restriction of processing in accordance with your request of each recipient to whom this data was provided in accordance with article 5 of this Data Processing Policy, if such communication will be possible and/or will not require unreasonable effort.

6.1 What can you claim?

In accordance with the applicable legal regulations, you have the right to request access to your personal data that we process as a personal data controller, the right to their correction, erasure or transfer (e.g. transfer of your personal data to another controller based on your request), the right to object and also the right to request the restriction of our processing. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time if you have given it to us.

6.2 Correction of your personal data

According to the applicable legislation, you have the right to correct your personal data that we process if you find that they are inaccurate or incomplete.

You can always contact us to ask if we are still processing your personal data.

6.3 Deletion of your personal data

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. If you contact us with such a request, we will delete all your personal data that we have without undue delay, if we no longer need your personal data to fulfill contractual or legal obligations or to protect our legitimate interests.

Furthermore, we will also delete (and ensure deletion by the processors we entrust) all your personal data.
